We were formed in 2003 by a seasoned insurance executive and entrepreneur, John-Bernard Duler.
John-Bernard Duler most recently was the founder and CEO of two VC-backed companies, which provided him with first hand experience as a risk manager and an insurance buyer. Prior to that, Mr. Duler was an executive with three of the largest and most highly regarded insurance companies in the world, AXA, Factory Mutual Global, and CIGNA (now ACE Ltd.).
